Chacin struck out six over 5 1/3 scoreless innings, allowing three hits and two walks.
Chacin had 13.7 Box-Toppers points in 2018, 20th among all players, ninth among NL pitchers. It was the second time this postseason he earned Player of the Game honors. Previously, he was top player in the NLDS Game 2 win over the Rockies on Oct. 5.
Chacin had a Box-Toppers game score of +6.1 Monday, most among Brewers players. Shortstop Orlando Arcia had the highest Box-Toppers game score (0.0) among Brewers batters (HR 1-4 R 2BI).
Dodgers starting pitcher Walker Buehler had a Box-Toppers game score of +1.0 in the loss (7IP 5H 4R BB 8K L). Buehler had more Box-Toppers points in 2018 than Brewers starter Chacin (15.1 vs. 13.7). Buehler’s 15.1 points ranked sixth among NL pitchers. It was the second loss Buehler has appeared in for the Dodgers this postseason (NLDS Game 3 vs. the Braves on Oct. 7).

Gonzalez has appeared once in the postseason on Oct. 12, in the NLCS Game 1 win against the Dodgers. He started and had a Box-Toppers game score of -1.0 (2IP H R BB K ND). Though Gonzalez is pitching on shorter rest than Tuesday’s other postseason starters, he only threw 32 pitches in his last appearance Friday.
Dodgers—Rich Hill, 9.7 Box-Toppers points, 53rd among all players, 27th among NL pitchers.
Hill has appeared once in the postseason on Oct. 8, in the NLDS Game 4 win over the Braves. Hill had a Box-Toppers game score of -5.9 and did not earn Player of the Game.
