Blue Jays pitcher Kevin Gausman is Thursday’s Box-Toppers Player of the Day.
Also Thursday, Rockies pitcher Kyle Freeland rises to fourth place in Box-Toppers season player rankings after earning National League Player of the Day honors.
Player of the Day—Gausman struck out seven over six scoreless innings, allowing four hits and two walks, in the 6-3 win over the Royals.
Gausman earns 2.0 Box-Toppers points for being Player of the Day, his first points of the season and ranks ninth in early season player rankings.
