Cabrera (grand slam) was Player of the Game in the 10-3 win over the Orioles. Cabrera earns 1.0 Box-Toppers point for being Player of the Game, giving him 10.7 for the season, putting him back atop the standings (see updated standings on the home page). While Indians pitcher Justin Masterson also has 10.7 points, Cabrera beats him a in tie-breaker because he has more combined points over the 2012-13 seasons.
Player of the Day Fernandez struck out eight over seven innings and gave up no runs in the 8-1 win over the Mets.
Indians pitcher Ubaldo Jimenez is American League Player of the Day. Jimenez gave up no runs and struck out seven over eight innings in the 5-0 win over the Rays.
Daniel Nava of the Red Sox is AL Batter of the Day. Nava homered and went 4-for-6 in the 11-1 win over the Yankees.
Paul Goldschmidt of the Diamondbacks is NL Batter of the Day. Goldschmidt hit a grand slam and went 2-for-5 in the 12-4 win over the Cubs.

Miller (7IP 0R 7K) was Player of the Game in the 8-0 win over the Giants. Miller earns 1.0 Box-Toppers point Saturday, giving him 8.7 for the season.
Fernandez receives 2.0 Box-Toppers points for being Player of the Day. Jimenez receives 1.7 for AL Player of the Day. Nava and Goldschmidt each receive 1.5 for being top Batter of the Day in their league.
