Player of the Day—Glasnow struck out 10 over seven scoreless innings, allowing five hits and two walks, in the 2-0 win over the Athletics.

Glasnow earns 2.0 Box-Toppers points for being Player of the Day, giving him 7.0 for the season, extending his lead in season player rankings. Glasnow also leads American League pitchers, ahead of second-place Gerrit Cole of the Yankees (5.0 Box-Toppers points).
