Orioles pitcher Albert Suarez earned his first Box-Toppers Player of the Game honor in more than six years Wednesday.
Suarez (5.2IP 3H 0R 0BB 4K ND in the 4-2 win over the Twins) earned his only previous Player of the Game honor Aug. 6, 2017, with the Giants, and now has 2.0 career Box-Toppers points.
Suarez made his Box-Toppers debut in 2017 in his 27th regular season Major League game. Wednesday was his 41st game. Suarez played in Japan and Korea from 2019 to 2023.
