Player of the Day—Lucchesi struck out 11 over 6 2/3 innings, allowing three runs, three hits and one walk, in the 6-3 win over the Blue Jays. Lucchesi did not earn the win, picking up a no-decision, because the score was tied, 3-3, when he exited.

Bieber (5IP 4H R 4BB 10K ND in the 3-1 win over the Rays) earns 1.0 Box-Toppers point, giving him 7.7 for the season. He now ranks second among AL pitchers, behind overall leader Justin Verlander of the Astros (12.1 points).

Scoring—Lucchesi earns 2.0 Box-Toppers points for being Player of the Day and Miley earns 1.7 points for being AL Player of the Day.
