Meanwhile, Yankees pitcher Luis Severino rises to lead American League pitchers and ranks third overall. Also, Mookie Betts of the Red Sox rises to lead AL batters and Bryce Harper of the Nationals maintains his lead among National League batters.

Corbin has 7.0 Box-Toppers points in 2018 and passes last week’s leader, Twins pitcher Jose Berrios (6.0 points), who falls to fourth place. Corbin took the lead April 22, passing then-leader, Nationals pitcher Max Scherzer (6.7 points), who falls to second place. Corbin also leads NL pitchers.

Severino leads AL pitchers with 6.7 Box-Toppers points, third among all players. He passes last week’s AL pitching leader Berrios (6.0).

Betts leads AL batters with 4.2 Box-Toppers points. He ranks 10th among all players and is currently the only batter among the overall top 10 players. Betts passes last week’s leader, teammate Hanley Ramirez (3.5 points), who falls to second among AL batters.

Harper maintains his lead among NL batters with 3.0 points, though he picked up no additional points the past week.

So far this season, 265 different players have earned Box-Toppers Player of the Game honors. There are 48 players who have more than 2.0 Box-Toppers points. There are 21 players who have made their Box-Toppers debut so far this season, the first time in their career they earned Player of the Game honors.
