Cubs players have accumulated 19.3 Box-Toppers points through the games of Aug. 13, picking up 4.7 points in the past week. They have baseball’s best winning percentage (.813). The Cubs have led Box-Toppers weekly team rankings each of the first three weeks of the 2020 season.

The Rays made the biggest jump in Box-Toppers team rankings in the previous week, going from 19th place last week, jumping 15 spots to fourth place this week with 14.9 Box-Toppers points. They now rank second among AL teams.
The St. Louis Cardinals rank 30th and last in Box-Toppers team rankings with 2.0 Box-Toppers points, earning no points in the past week. The Cardinals have not played since July 29, missing 18 scheduled games (nearly a third of the scheduled season), after games were postponed due to players testing positive for COVID-19. The Cardinals are scheduled to resume play Saturday, Aug. 15.
