Red Sox’ Pivetta, White Sox’ Garcia top players in Sunday’s pair of AL Division Series games

Red Sox pitcher Nick Pivetta and Leury Garcia of the White Sox are Box-Toppers Player of the Game winners in Sunday’s pair of American League Division Series games.

ALDS Game 3: Red Sox 6, Rays 4 (13 innings)

Pivetta struck out seven over four scoreless innings, allowing three hits and one walk. Pivetta entered in the 10th inning, pitched the final four innings and picked up the win.

The Red Sox lead the best-of-five game series, 2-1, which resumes Monday in Boston.
