Anthony Volpe of the Yankees is Box-Toppers Player of the Game in Tuesday’s World Series Game 4.
The New York Yankees win 11-4, winning their first game of the best-of-seven-game series, which the Los Angeles Dodgers lead 3-1.
Volpe hit a third-inning, go-ahead grand slam and doubled, going 2-for-3, scoring three times and driving in four runs.
This was Volpe’s first Box-Toppers Player of the Game honor of 2024 in the regular season or postseason. That player is the person who contributed most to his team’s win.
